So, I’m going to start today’s post with my favorite image so far (now that I’m looking at it, I could have done better color correction, but who cares, it was the seventies. This is the original instamatic!) – this is the proof of my Jedi powers, as I levitate a beer to my grandpa across the room. Or, is it just a large beer bottle sitting in the corner of the room. You be the judge. The force is a powerful ally.
The next shot is my grandpa John, who I’m planting a big ol’ smooch on. We’re mouth kissers in our family, it appears. Who can resist that cute little boy.
In the next shot, I appear to be giving some sort of public address while wearing my patterned underwear. Not quite Underoos (my parents never had the cash for the heavily branded merchandise), but man, do I remember that table! Little plastic red chairs, and blue and white table. I spent a lot of time at that piece of furniture.
In the last picture, I’m unwrapping either what is a birthday present or a Christmas present, which I think is a Richard Scary Puzzletown play set from Playschool. Turns out that little sucker is a limited edition collectors item now. I’m sure it’s landfill.
