Yeah, I read about this study last month. I didn’t mention it because why rub that shit in? Sleep is your friend, Josh. Embrace it. Not that I think you should lose weight or anything, just that I know you don’t get enough sleep. The knowledge that I can go to bed eventually sometimes is what gets me through the day. Sleep is wonderful!
